展位收费标准

A、标准展位：3X4=12m²： 2800元人民币/ m²；

（展位配置：一条中英文楣板、洽谈桌一张、两把椅子、地毯、220V电源插座一个、射灯两只）。

B、特装展位：2500元人民币/ m²，（室内光地36m²起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）；

Booth charge

A. Standard booth:  12 m² (3m*4m), 2800 yuan/ m²

(The booth includes the following facilities: a fascia board in both Chinese and English, one table, two chairs, carpet, 220V power socket, two spotlights)

B. Specially decorated booth: 2500 yuan/ m²

(The indoor light booth area on rent must be over 36 square meters. No facilities are provided for the booth, and the exhibitor can arrange special decoration or entrust the organizer to recommend a booth building company.)

Exhibition magazine and other advertisement: The exhibition magazine will be widely distributed to government authorities, relevant associations and visitors, and sent to industry professionals home and abroad and relevant departments by post during the exhibition.

组织方特邀有实力的企业作为大会赞助商：分为钻石、金牌、银牌三种赞助方式，享受大会提供的各种特殊待遇（详细资料和待遇备索）；

Sponsor program

The organizer will invite competent companies to sponsor the exhibition. There are three ways to sponsor the exhibition, namely diamond, gold and silver, which will enjoy special treatment provided by the organizer respectively (details are provided upon request.).

参展程序

A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于7个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币），以落实展台位置；展位费的余额于2015年3月15日前付清，欢迎一次付清。否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。

B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。

C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”。 主办单位在收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定的展位。

Exhibition participation procedure

A. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. The rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before March 15, 2015, and lump-sum payment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.

B. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be posted to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and building, travel and accommodation arrangement, and items rental. The exhibitor must fill in the forms in the Manual according to the requirement, and send them back to the organizing authority before the deadline.

C. The distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.

If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask for the application form from the organizing committee, fill it in, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee via fax or by post.
